Description
During this course you’ll be introduced to brush binding. You’ll learn how to bind horsehair on a brush head and will go home with your own pastry brush. This pastry brush can be used before baking bread or cakes to apply an egg or milk glaze. You get a snack and coffee/tea. We are looking forward to seeing you there!

About 1h½.

Level
Beginners. Min. 10 years old.

Time & Place
On saturdays from 10:30 to 12.
Refshalevej 110A, 1432 Copenhagen. Bus 2A. You can then go have lunch next door at Lille Bakery!

Materials
Horsehair. Wood treated with natural or pigmented linseed oil that will protect your brush. You will be able to choose the color of your brush when checking out.
